SocioBuilding is a platform that helps the thoughtful use of IoT devices, taking into account noise propagation within the shared space. When the app tells the system your presence in the space, the system predicts how loud an IoT device (e.g., coffee grinder) will be to you and lights up a yellow light on the display next to the device.This App is an initial prototype of SocioBuilding and was released for the purpose of a field deployment experiment.
